Meet Our Team: The Heartbeat of DogWatch Cleveland
Justin Henry
Justin has been working in the pet containment industry his entire professional career. After graduating college in 2003 he was asked by his parents to help out at the Invisible Fence dealership in North Olmsted that they had owned since 1991. Little did he know, he would work there for 17 years! In his time at Invisible Fence, Justin did a little bit of everything from customer service, sales, installations, trainings to ultimately running all operations of the business. When corporate stepped in and forced out all the larger independent dealerships across the country in 2020, Justin and most of his staff pivoted to DogWatch. Along with Justin came David, Mike and Dan.
David Schiska
David is approaching his 25th year of training dogs to pet containment systems. With training being so important in the success of pet containment, David is an extremely integral part of our team. He just has a way with dogs. You will not find a more experienced dog trainer, as he has trained literally thousands of dogs to these systems over the years. David resides in Medina with his son and Diefenbacher, the German Shepherd.
Mike Piwinski
Mike is in his 15th year (as of 2024) installing and servicing pet containment systems. Sun, rain, or snow, Mike takes pride in showing up on time, paying great attention to detail, and doing the job right the first time. Mike resides in Elyria with his wife and son.
Dam Demers
Dan is in his 14th year (as of 2024) installing and servicing pet containment systems. Dan grew up in Texas and currently resides in Avon. Dan possesses great attention to detail and is committed to providing the highest quality service possible.
